What does my registration include?

What does my registration include?
- Registration includes access to the Opening Reception on February 9, 2009, and all sessions, lunches, exhibits, breaks and receptions occurring February 10 & 11, 2009. You can add the Leader's Track or IMEX Future Leaders Forum for an additional fee.
- Registration does not include hotel or transportation costs.
- Yes, there is a 15% discount available to groups bringing 3 or more paid full-conference attendees to the Sustainable Meetings Conference. Contact registration@greenmeetings.info for more information.
- As part of a special introductory offer to the GMIC, the Non-Member registration fee also includes a complimentary one-year membership in the Green Meeting Industry Council. This offer is for new GMIC members only and is not available to renewing members.Non-members will be contacted once they complete the conference registration process to finalize GMIC membership.
- Students must be enrolled full time to be eligible for the student rate.

- The leaders track is open to those whose job currently involves planning aspects of sustainable meetings or events and/or those who supply facilities or services for sustainable events. To qualify, you must have at least two years experience and familiarity with broad aspects of sustainable event management. To learn more about the exact requirements, please visit the Leaders Track page of the website.

- Yes, simply email info@greenmeetings.info requesting this and we will provide within one business day.
- We are sorry, we do not offer day rates for the Sustainable Meetings Conference.

- Prospective speakers may visit the Speakers Page to learn more and upload their abstract for consideration, the call for presenters ends October 15, 2009

- Yes, there will be wi-fi internet at the conference, fees have not yet been determined.
- Yes, the GMIC conference will have CEU/CMP credits.

- Pre-registration is not required for the regular conference sessions. Pre-registration and payment for the Leaders Track and The IMEX Future Leaders Forum is required and you may during the registration process.
- Conference materials will be available at the conclusion of the event. Some materials will be available to members of the GMIC at no charge and some will be available for purchase. Please visit www.greenmeetings.info after the conference to find out what materials are available.
- GMIC does not issue personal invitation letters that would contain specific legal language needed for visa application purposes. We do, however, email confirmation emails and you can access a receipt of your transaction by logging into your registration records. payments. You may wish to use these as support documents for a United States visa application.
- The 2010 Sustainable Meetings Conference encourages meeting and event professionals with disabilities to attend. All of the Denver facilities are in strict ADA compliance and the conference staff is happy to help with any assistance you may require. Please be sure to include any special requirements you may have on the "Additional Survey Questions" page during the registration process.
- There is a Rite-Aid at 750 16th St, approximately 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Inquire at the bell desk for walking instructions.
- FedEx Office (Formerly Kinkos) is located in the Denver Hyatt hotel, this state-of-the-art Business Center is conveniently located on the hotel's lobby level adjacent to the front desk.
